All reservations must be made through our official website, authorized travel agents, or directly with Jade Sail Cruise. A booking is considered confirmed once a deposit or full payment has been received and a confirmation email has been issued.
2. Payment Policy
A deposit may be required to secure your booking.
Full payment is typically required prior to the departure date, as specified in your booking confirmation.
Payments can be made via credit card, bank transfer, or other approved payment methods.
3. Cancellation & Refund Policy
Cancellations must be submitted in writing via email.
Refund eligibility depends on the cancellation timeframe stated in your booking confirmation.
No-shows or late arrivals may be subject to full charge.
In case of force majeure (extreme weather, government restrictions, or safety concerns), Jade Sail Cruise reserves the right to modify itineraries, delay departures, or cancel trips. Guests will be offered alternatives or refunds in accordance with the situation.
4. Check-in Requirements
Guests must provide valid identification (passport or national ID) before boarding, in compliance with local port authorities.
Please arrive at the designated meeting point at least 30–45 minutes prior to departure to ensure a smooth check-in process.
5. Itinerary Changes
Cruise itineraries and schedules are subject to change due to weather conditions, tidal levels, operational requirements, or government regulations. Jade Sail Cruise will make every effort to provide comparable alternatives without compromising guest safety.
6. Health & Safety
Guests should inform us in advance of any medical conditions, dietary requirements, or special assistance needed.
For safety reasons, passengers must follow all instructions provided by the cruise crew.
Jade Sail Cruise is not responsible for incidents resulting from failure to comply with safety guidelines.
7. Children Policy
Child rates and policies may vary depending on the cruise package. Parents or guardians are fully responsible for supervising children throughout the journey.
8. Personal Belongings
Guests are advised to keep valuables secure at all times. Jade Sail Cruise is not liable for loss or damage to personal property unless caused by proven negligence.

Jade Sail Cruise is committed to delivering a safe and enjoyable experience. However, we are not liable for delays, injuries, damages, or losses caused by events beyond our control, including natural disasters, transportation disruptions, or regulatory changes.
10. Travel Insurance
We strongly recommend that all guests purchase comprehensive travel insurance covering trip cancellations, medical emergencies, personal accidents, and loss of belongings.
11. Guest Conduct
Jade Sail Cruise reserves the right to refuse service or disembark any passenger whose behavior is deemed unsafe, disruptive, or disrespectful to other guests and staff, without refund.
